Hotel check in and pick up welcome bag 3PM to 6PM We are having a "western" themed event, get your western attire ready! Cowboy hats boots or fringes, you can dress it up or down. Then get ready for a fun filled gala with food entertainment and family socializing. Car transportation will be available to and from the hotel and Event center. (it's about 6 mins down the way) buddy up if you need a ride. Please let us know if you need the Car service so that we can arrange for adequate accommodations. GPS address needs to be 6702 Chippawa because the Event center address is new and not in the system. you will see it across the street from 6702 - we will have balloons out there as a sign.
